TAG Holdings is the parent corporation of a diverse group of companies that provide a variety of products and services to a wide range of industries.

In 2007 the group of companies had revenues of $605M. Projected revenues for 2008 are $750M. The enterprise employs 450 associates in the USA, China and Korea.

In 2001 Joseph B. Anderson, Jr. founded TAG Holdings, LLC as a holding company for what would become a group of highly profitable, growth-oriented companies offering mission critical products and services to a wide range of vertical industries. In 2002 revenue generated was $59M.

Today, with companies in America's Midwest and Southeast, and Asian locations in Korea and China, the 2008 revenue is projected to top $750M. Furthermore, the companies are leaders in their respective industries, measured against the best companies anywhere in the world.

TAG companies are managed under two operational groups, the Wheel Group and the Assembly Group. The Wheel Group includes Great Lakes Assemblies, LLC, Gulf Shore Assemblies, LLC and Indiana Assemblies, LLC. The Assembly Group includes Vibration Control Technologies, LLC, A&D Technologies, LLC and North American Assemblies, LLC.
